Package Travel & Consumer Rights (UK)

Where you purchase a package holiday (combination of accommodation, transport and/or other tourist services) we provide the protections afforded by the Package Travel Regulations 2018. This includes:

  • Liability for performance of the contract and the obligation to provide assistance in difficulty.
  • Information before you book, covering key aspects of the package.
  • Procedures for refunds, price changes and alternative travel arrangements.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK legislation remain unaffected.

We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics). We will seek to assist and rebook where possible.

Complaints, Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you have a complaint, please write to us at the registered office address or email fekavo@hotmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve matters within 28 days.

If we cannot agree a resolution, UK customers may have access to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Our ADR provider details (if applicable) will be provided in our final response. You may also refer disputes to the courts; these Terms are governed by English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
